Muscle Car Show Event Protocols

Participant Expectations
- No excessive revving during the show.
- Pets are NOT allowed (except service dogs and owners).
- Do not touch the show cars.
- No scooters, hover-boards, or skateboards.
- No solicitation or dealer displays without permission.
- Drones must be approved.
Social Distancing During the Event
▪ Practice social distancing (stay at least 6 feet from people from other households).
▪ “Household” means all the people living in the same home or residence, including a shared rental unit or other similar living space.
▪ If it is not possible to maintain social distancing throughout the event or activity, then you should only participate in that activity with members of your household.
▪ Do not carpool to events or venues with people other than those in your household. Similarly, only use equipment that is sanitized between uses and maintain social distancing
when around people from outside of your household.
Setup Team
Staffing 2 people (Marcus will help)
- Cone off entrance, exit, and show area.
- Post show signage prior to the start of event.
Entrance Protocol
Staffing: 2 volunteers 3:30 pm – 7:00 pm
- Greet them and thank them for attending the event.
- Check for tickets or member/owner pass.
- Ask if they or someone in their household are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
- Request everyone in the car wear a face-mask while at the event.
Parking Protocol
Staffing: 3 volunteers 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm
- Make sure cars are parked 6 ft or more apart (measuring stick will be provided).
- Make sure cars are not parked in front of coned owner garages.
- Help ensure flow of traffic through the campus (counter-clockwise).
- Make sure property is being respected at all times.
Exiting Protocol
Staffing: 2 or more volunteers 4:00-7:30
- Participants leaving are not allowed to turn left by order of City of Medina.
- No burnouts.
- No excessive revving.
- No speeding on Arrowhead Drive.
- No excessive acceleration.
